I have a question before I order
Sizing, fabric, delivery times, how the fit runs. Almost all of it is already answered, and the sizing answers are the ones worth reading twice, because our sizing runs small and we do not take returns on fit.
I want to know when it will arrive
Delivery is a flat £3.99 anywhere. We pack within 1 to 4 business days, then delivery takes 5 to 15 business days. Costs, countries, customs, split parcels and what to do when tracking goes quiet are all on one page.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
We put it right with a replacement, store credit or a refund. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs. The same page explains, honestly, what does not qualify, so there are no surprises later.
I want to talk to a person
Email support@avren.club or use the contact form. A person reads it and replies within 24 to 48 hours. Include your order number, and a photograph if something is wrong with a piece, and it saves a round of messages.
