By placing an order you accept these terms. They sit alongside our returns policy, our delivery information and our privacy policy, which all form part of the agreement between us.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send you a dispatch confirmation, not at the moment you pay.

We can decline an order. It happens rarely, usually because the piece has sold out, the price or description was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, you get all of your money back.

Prices are set in pounds sterling. If you shop in another currency, prices and delivery are converted at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over £80 and £3.99 below that. It is added at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay.

We can change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed. If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before doing anything, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

If something sells out between your order and us preparing it, we tell you and refund in full.

Orders usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. That is an estimate, not a guarantee, and customs and carrier delays sit outside our control. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Every order ships to you from outside the UK. Import VAT, duties and handling fees charged by your country, the UK included, are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery charge.

If you gave us the wrong address, email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that your order is being prepared and we cannot reroute it or take responsibility for a misdelivery.

All sales are final unless something is genuinely wrong with the order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit or change of mind. Where an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is significantly delayed, we will offer a replacement, store credit or a refund depending on the case, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Shipping fees are not refundable and items must be unworn and in their original condition. The full detail is on the returns page.

Photos show the piece. Screens vary, so a colour can read warmer or cooler than it does in the room. The measurements on the product page are the reliable guide.

Our pieces carry no visible logos. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other clothing brand, and we do not describe them as anything other than our own.

If you create an account, keep your login to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The words, photos and design on this site belong to us. Use them for your own shopping, not for republishing or reselling.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one live when you ordered.
