The rules that apply when you buy from avren.club. Short, in plain English, and no heavier than they need to be.

These terms

By placing an order you accept these terms. They sit alongside our returns policy, our delivery information and our privacy policy, which all form part of the agreement between us.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send you a dispatch confirmation, not at the moment you pay.

We can decline an order. It happens rarely and usually for one of three reasons: the piece has sold out, the price or description was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, you get all of your money back.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery is a flat £3.99 on every order and is added at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay.

We can change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before doing anything. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Stock

Everything on the site is listed as available, but stock moves. If something sells out between your order and our packing bench, we tell you and refund in full.

Delivery

We pack within 1 to 4 business days and delivery then takes 5 to 15 business days. Those are estimates in business days, not guarantees, and customs and carrier delays sit outside our control.

We work with more than one fulfilment centre, so items in a single order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the £3.99.

If you gave us the wrong address, email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that the order has entered fulfilment and we cannot reroute it or take responsibility for a misdelivery.

Returns

All sales are final unless something is genuinely wrong with the order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit or change of mind.

Where an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is significantly delayed, we will offer a replacement, store credit or a refund depending on the case, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Shipping fees are not refundable and items must be unworn and in original condition. The full detail sits on the returns page and it is worth reading before you order rather than after.

Product descriptions and colour

Photographs show the actual piece. Screens vary, so a cream can read warmer or cooler than it does in the room. The measurements on the product page are the reliable guide, not the photograph.

Branding

Avren pieces carry no visible branding. That is deliberate and it is the entire point of the label. Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other clothing brand, and we do not describe them as anything other than our own.

Your account

If you create an account, keep the password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
